No, it is not being addressed by support. The same support guy who completely misunderstood a previous bug report I made months ago is misunderstanding this one, as you will see if you read my posting.

His directions do not apply to my problem because the problem he describes is not the problem my system is having.

Antimalware is a great program in general, but tech support is bad.

I will attempt to get a refund for the two versions of Pro that I bought. The program is useless without tech support and when bad tech support shuts off help form the forum. I will just take my laptop to local computer folks to figure out and then run some other protective software.

Yes, this is being handled in support, please check your spam filters and junk mail folders.
