Some weeks ago I did a reboot of my computer due to some problems I was having with it. Back then Avast! antirus was installed on it and I was facing myself with it for the first time.

I got used to it, but I also decided to download Malwarebytes, as I use to do with every computer I work with.

It run smoothly until today when I got 3 infected files under the name of PUM:

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Security Center|AntivirusDisableNotify
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Security Center|FirewallDisableNotify
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Security Center|UpdatesDisableNotify

As I never got this menaces to show up in a Malwarebytes scan before, I'm completely puzzled by them.

Please, can someone tell me what I should do with them.

Are they disabled by a spyware? Or are they only popping up because of some new malwarebyte's feature?

Thanks for reading me.

Forgot to say that I have Windows XP service package 3

You most likely had turned them off yourself.

To get at those settings:
Open up your control panel > Security Center
On left > click Change the way "Security Center Alerts me"

If you want to keep them turned off > you can just put them in MB ignore list.
