Didn't want to piggyback on someone else's post so I stared a new thread. Hope that is good.

So I have yontoo 2.04 on my computer and I can't seem to get it off. When I click to uninstall through remove programs it says setup initialization error. I did a scan with malware bytes and it did catch something but not yontoo! I am in the process of running a full scan now...

Please help me get it off my computer! :0)

(And on a side note, my son is now banned from the internet for a while!)

Thanks

Hello and welcome, lauras2013: :)

We can't work on malware diagnostics and removal in this sub-section of the forum.

So, for expert help, please follow the recommendations in this sticky topic: Available Assistance For Possibly Infected Computers.
A qualified helper will guide you through the cleanup process.

Thanks,
