removed isecurity.exe - now all security scans freeze during quick scans

I successfully removed isecurity.exe using superantispyware and now I'm only able to login via safemode, which new installations of malwarebytes, trendmicro, avg only run for a few minutes and then freeze, which forces me to reboot. I

Also running in normal mode, take literally 1 hour to load. Once I'm in everything freezes.
