Is Malwarebytes Pro supposed to work on its own -

- or can it also easily work together with such as Microsoft Security Essentials( or another antivirus program)? I use both and haven't seen any sign of "conflicts" yet.

Malwarebytes is designed to work along side your antivirus program. Malwarebytes is not an antivirus program and should not run on its own. Malwarebytes works great along side Microsoft Security Essentials. Some folks do run into a conflict from time to time so if you want to avoid a possible conflict, you can enter exceptions as outlined in our FAQ HERE.

There are currently no known conflicts between Microsoft Security Essentials and Malwarebytes. You should have no issues running the two programs together.
