Hi, We have been trying to get a reseller agreement established for the last 2 weeks. Initial registration seemed to have completed successfully, but repeated emails seem to go unanswered. Can anyone tell me what might be happening there?

Hi

Current approval times for resellers or partners is a minimal of 5-7 business days as all applicants are reviewed in depth. Please be patient as we try to get to everyone in the order of which they applied. Reseller requests are currently very high, so approval times may be longer. Requests for partner are answered and vetted in the order in which they are received.

After that time, contact the email address below:

We have tried e-mailing quite a few times, even called corporate HQ, absolutely no response to either e-mails or voicemail. Your response above gives me some hope they will have something put together soon.

Thank you for your patience, I will do what I can to have your request prioritized. Our corporate team is working hard to respond to all completed inquiries as quickly as possible.

If you provide me with your complete corporate contact information via the forums 'PM system, (Private message), I will submit your request to our Escalations team and you will receive a reply within 24 business hours (M-F).

Please be sure to include your full contact information, company name, email (corporate email addresses are required for an escalation), telephone number, and other details you deem relevant to our sales team.
Also, please provide a very brief description of your request.

NOTE: Incomplete information and non-business email addresses will likely delay a response to your request beyond the 24 hour window.

Hey bitworks just saw this and checked into it. You received an approval on January 17th! Let us know if any questions and use the email address that Tom provided above.

Thanks for your support!
