For some reason Malware keeps telling me only partial protection is enabled. I tried resetting it and the problem continues, even after a total computer shut down and reboot. From a previous post I found the DDS test. and wanted to provide the info it gave me.
Any assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Please create an mbam-check log:

  • Download mbam-check.exe from here and save it to your desktop
  • Double-click on mbam-check.exe to run it, it should then open a log file
  • Please do not copy and paste the entire contents of the log into your next post, instead please attach the log CheckResults.txt file which should now be located on your desktop to your next post

The computer is either currently infected or damaged from an infection as the BFE (Base Filtering Engine) is not running. In either case please follow the directions from this topic: Available Assistance for Possibly Infected Computers and one of the Experts will assist you with cleaning your computer.

I have performed the steps listed in the link. Was there something else I should do?

Hi, Kekkei: :)

Until AdvancedSetup returns...

Please start a new post in the malware removal section >>HERE<<, including the scan logs in your new post.
A qualified malware expert will guide you through the process of cleaning your system.

Thanks,
