I don't know why this happens, but when my pc isn't restarted for a long time, when I use hibernate, the redimensioning and moving windows, it happens something strange, as if it were a preview.

The window doesn't actually changes until I drop the mouse button.

Can anyone tell me why does this happen, I kinda like this way.

Is this a laptop? If it is, you may need to update your mouse driver. I've never seen anything like this, but it looks like you mouse is attaching to a window and activating the Aero Snap feature.

yes, it's a laptop, but the strange part, is that when I reboot then it turns normal, but I would like to know how to make this permanent because it's useful in my opinion.

Do you know that?

I recalled seeing this somewhere and finally found it:
For this right click on ” Computer” and select “Properties” from the right click menu.

• Click on ” Advanced System Settings ” from the left pane to open up the ” System Properties ” window.
  
• Select the “Advanced” tab from it. Then Under ” Performance ” click ” Settings “.
  
• Untick the checkbox for "Show window contents while dragging".
  
• Click Ok, then OK again on the Advanced System Settings window.

Should do the trick!

What I didn't understand is why this feature enabled by itself, and after shut down the pc, it all came to normal.

Now, that's IS a bit of a mystery. My first notion would be to check to see if part of your registry is getting hacked off by bad blocks on the hard drive, and if it were on my bench I'd check that for good measure. Maybe put the system in hibernation after you put a check in the box and see if it's still there after you wake the system up.

Download Speedfan here: http://www.almico.com/speedfan445.exe , set a System Restore point and install it. After the install, run it and take a look at the SMART tab. You'll have to use the dropdown menu to pick the drive to check (usually HD0 ). Pop a screenshot in to your reply. Can't hurt to get familiar with this function of speedfan in any case. To download it, you'll have to click on the bit that says "The latest version is "Speedfan x.xx"

Tell me more about the system. Dell, Lenovo, HP, etc. Processor, RAM, add-in video card?

Ok, this is a Toshiba P500, core 2duo, graphic card is NVIDIA Geforce GT 230M 6Gb RAM

I'll test it with that program and post here later then

If Speedfan shows a problem, it's a good indicator that the registry might be at risk. In my experience, the parts of Windows that get changed/rewritten frequently (like the registry) are very likely to be affected by hard drive problems.

No problems showed with speedfan,

does this mean that it's allright?

Run it again and click on "Perform an in-depth online analysis of this hard disk". Check the " Raw " value of:

Reallocated Sector Count
Current Pending Sector count
Uncorrectable Sector count

Let me know what it tells you.

Ah ok , the raw is 000000000000 on every of them

Sounds like you're clear on that count!

Next up, run Checkdisk:

Click Start (or hit the Windows key on your keyboard) and open "Computer" to see a list of your drives.
Right-click on C: and select Properties.
Click on the Tools tab.
Under Error-checking click the Check Now... button.
Mark the box next to Automatically fix file system errors.
Click on the Start button.
When the message box pops up, click the Schedule disk check button and restart your computer.
Once your computer restarts it will check the drive, don't press any keys so that it is allowed to do so.
Checkdisk will finish up and your computer will boot in to Windows.

When the system starts back up after the checkdisk, go back in to the screen where you found "Show window contents while dragging".

There will be some presets:

Adjust for best appearance
Adjust for best performance
etc.

Choose one of them, OK it, then close down everything and restart the system. After the system restarts, go back in and put the settings back to how you prefer them, OK it and restart again. Check to see if the setting in question survives hibernation this time.
