I recently down load new version of Microsoft Internet Explorer recently - the latest version. Lately, I get this Microsoft Script Editor. Another window pops up - Microsoft Visual Studio Debugger!

What is this & why is not letting me us the internet!

It could be that some update made a behavior change, it could be you have some old cache, etc.

Try deleting your Internet Explorer cache and restarting your computer and let us know if you're still getting the error.


If you are still getting the error Please run the following scanner and send back the logs.

Download DDS from one of the locations below and save to your Desktop
dds.scr
dds.com


Temporarily disable any script blocker if your Anti-Virus/Anti-Malware has it.

Once downloaded you can disconnect from the Internet and disable your Ant-Virus temporarily if needed.
Then double click dds.scr or dds.com to run the tool, on Vista or Win 7 right click and select Run as administrator
Click the Run button if prompted with an Open File - Security Warning dialog box.
A black DOS console should open and run for a moment.

When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:
• 
  
  • DDS.txt
    
  • Attach.txt

• Save both reports to your desktop
  
• Please include the following logs in your next reply: DDS.txt and Attach.txt
  You can ignore the note about zipping the Attach.txt file in most cases.

I deleted the update version of Internet Explorer. I have no problems right now.

Only problem your system has a problem though - I did a retrieve my password, When I try to change my password - they said my email does not match. Very odd. I have not changed it in 3 years. Why would your system says "email does not match."
