Hello im wondering if there's any way to find drivers for my cr-48 google chromebook which I put windows 7 on, like something other then the manufacturers websites because I cant find them

You basically just need to find out the specific components (motherboard, NIC, video card etc.) and then go to the manufacturers' websites for the individual components. For example, if it is an Intel chipset, then you should visit Intel's website and download their Chipset Software Installation Utility or even use Intel's Driver Update Utility which can help you to identify your hardware components.

Download AIDA64 Extreme Edition and it will tell you who makes
the specific components. It also gives links to driver downloads.

In my opinion it is quite dangerous to update drivers at will.
i would only consider it if a specific piece of hardware is displaying problems which are driver related.
These updates can often cause more harm than good and i strongly advise not updating on a regular basis.

You should not install a new OS without first identifying and obtaining the drivers for that hardware platform first.
