One of my computer(windowsXP) was affected by moneypak ransom virus. The virus and threats have been cleaned out by malwarebytes' anti-malware, but it seems like the interenet access to malwarebytes.org (and .com) is blocked by the virus. I can't even ping malwarebytes.org.
Anyone knows how to solve this problem?
Thanks.

Hello and Welcome to Malwarebytes
You probably have some remains that need to be dealt with and could possibly still be infected.
Please see the following pinned topic which has information on how to get help with this: Available Assistance for Possibly Infected Computers
Thank you
