We will be optimizing the Malwarebytes database later today. You do not need to do anything, the optimized database will arrive in an update.
Other than a smaller total size and slightly faster scan times you should see no other changes.

Funny enough I noticed a decrease of about 20k files scanned during my last fullscan ( was first scan of the day).
Nothing major but I thought it was interesting I'm wondering if this is why

I also noticed a decrease of roughly 20K less files scanned (Quick scan). Can somebody confirm that this is now the new "normal" ?. Thanks.
