I have a need to block an IP. Malwarebytes needs the abilty to allow manual entry of IP's and URL's that should be blocked. I have found no way to do this in the current release.

That's a great idea, unfortunately Malwarebytes Anti-Malware does not have that capability at this time, but I will certainly suggest it to the developers for consideration as a possible addition in a future release.
For now, if you know the URL that you wish to block, you may use your HOSTS file. Info on using the HOSTS file to block websites can be found here.
