Hello
I have been reselling MalwareBytes' Anti-Malware for the past 18 months or so. I usually supply the consumer licenses. For these I will normally purchase a batch of licenses. Occasionally I have business clients that I supply corporate licenses. For these I always buy the required amount of licenses and register in my client's name. All done via Cleverbridge.
The last couple of corporate licenses I have purchased tell me that the subscription has ended and there will be no further billing events. This is different to how it used to work. Normally the message from CleverBridge would say I am subscribed to a multiple payment product. Then I would be billed and I would then bill my client. I did find this way a bit of a pain to deal with as I worry that I'm going to forget to charge a client. Anyway I don't have a large number of corporate clients so it's not a huge issue.
But can someone confirm or explain what is going on here? Is Cleverbridge going to notify my client directly and then they pay them for the following year's subscription? If not how do you continue the subscription on a corporate license?
