virus total report

it's something horrific the file is named Wheeler Dealers S10E02 Morgan 480p x264-SM mkv.exe a sure sign that it's up to no good. and the icon for the exe is the same as the windows default for a video file.

it seems to me that anything with the filename *mkv.exe or *avi.exe and a windows video file icon is almost sufficient grounds by itself.
