Hello.
I'm not that great with Computers.I Have Microsoft Security Essentials for The antivirus.I Ran Windows live OneCare to see if it could fix the problem.I'm on a Windows XP Desktop.If I turn my computer off.I have a rough time getting it back up.My computer will keep turning off before it can boot up.I wrote this down that oneCaer cannot Remove.

It turned off System Restore,so I cannot restore the Computer.I try to look for it,But I Really don't know where to Start.I did a windows restore on it,After a week it did it again.I don't know what to do next.
