This has been appearing for the past week or two, however, nothing appears abnormal via scans.

Does anyone have informaiton on what threat this is?

It's (the IP) is housing a drive-by (first detected in March).

Can you tell me which domain you were accessing at the time please?

Both times I was playing non-cash games on GSN.com
