Do you have Malwarebytes Pro running? If so then that is the issue. The TFC program is trying to stop Malwarebytes and cannot. You will need to force restart the computer and then temporarily disable Malwarebytes from running and reboot - then with Malwarebytes not running run the TFC program. I would also temporarily stop your AV too.

Thanks Ron. TFC did manage to stop MSE, which gave me the big red warning, but I didn't know Malwarebytes Pro would be an issue as well. I hard booted, everything looks fine.
