I have 2 computers with paid version of mbam in my house. I just started a scan on the one downstairs it never prompted for program update and I told it to check before I started the scan. I havnt check the second computer yet but I will.

Auto Alert made me aware of it, I installed, restarted, and all is well! :)

Should exclusions for the AV be re-done at all though?

Can I jump in and say update also went well for me but I am still experiencing some issues.

When turning off Protection it wont display as turned off in GUI. Even after reboot! I use :

Windows 7 Home Premium 64Bit 6GB DDR3

and my language is Danish both in OS and malwarebytes.

Thanks and I hope you can use my info!

It will only show the protection as being off if you actually exit the tray. That's currently how it works, though we do plan to change that in a later release, though I don't know when.

Simply right-click on the tray icon for Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and choose Exit. Once that is done, if you open the scanner and access the Protection tab, it will now show that protection is disabled.

Wauw that was funny, after turning MBAM off all the way and restarting it, it did display correctly, but the bug is still there, but as you said it will be fixed later. Thanks alot for th rapid response, this is why we love to love you :)
