I would like some help in sorting out this please.
i have acquired the Win32 Zafi b virus on my laptop - i have tried in vain to remove it - i downloaded something called VIPRE - but this has only made it worse - i can no longer connect to the internet - the home page goes throught e motions of loading but never does ! - i tried McAfee before this and it wouldn't remove - any help gratefully received
