[Big J]

My computer has some issues, links from SE got to bogus sites, and I can not access sites that have anything to do with anti virus or spyware etc. also my antivirus or adaware can not upload, they say there is not internet connection which is obviously not true. Malewarebytes will not run when clicked on, neither will combofix. So far the only thing I am able to run is hijackthis. The log is below. I dont know a lot about computers but can find my way through if someone can tell me how to fix it. any help is greatly appreciated.

Maybe you misunderstand me "I CAN NOT RUN MALWAREBYTES" to begin with, When I click on the icon on my desktop, nothing happens, I get the hour glass for a couple seconds then nothing.

I appreciate you input, but those 2 links are worthless to me if I can not run malwarebytes to begin with. Apparently the virus I have is not allowing me to run the malwarebytes or any similar software. This is what I need help with so I can move on to the 2 links you provided.

Sorry, I just took for granted that giving the post title "can not run malewarebytes" might get me some help. And my post clearly states the software will not run when clicked, as neither will combofix. Which is why I am here to try and find help as to why it will not run and or what to do to get it running. I'm sure your info will be useful at some point, but right now I need help fixing the problem I have so I can get to that point.

Yes, please follow the instructions Tigger93 linked to as best you can considering you cannot run Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware. One of our malware removal experts will take a look at the logs from the tools you are able to run, and help you get things sorted out.

I have had success advising this way;

Open Device Manager and on the VIEW Tab, select the Show hidden devices option.
Go down to non plug and play drivers and see if there is one called TDSSserv and disable it.

Reboot and try MBA-M again.
