When I clic on the icon I receive one message whit

Someone will be happy to assist you further with cleaning your system if required
During this scan and cleanup process you should not install any other software unless requested to do so.
Run the HJT log even if you can't run MBAM. and post a new post in the requested forum. Someone will assist you as soon as they can.
