Hi all,

I have a computer problem which needs Windows reinstalling on one of my pcs. I'm going to need my license key so I can put Malwarebytes back on the new installation but I can't find it anywhere. All my old emails have been lost (part of the problem) so I don't have the original registration details.

I've had a look within the program but can't find anything.......can anyone help or have any suggestions please?

Sorry you are having computer issues necessitating reinstall of the OS.

Yes, the ID & key would have been in the email from reseller, Cleverbridge.

If you didn't print out that email or write down the info somewhere, then you may obtain assistance with this directly from Cleverbridge:

When you get the email, please print it out & keep it somewhere handy, JIC.
(And if you have multiple PCs and multiple licenses, it is helpful to record which license belongs to which machine.)

Alternatively, if you are comfortable looking in the registry, you may find the ID and key info here:
For 32-bit systems it will be HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware.
If the Windows version you're using is 64-bit, then it will be HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Wow6432Node\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware.

You will need to contact Cleverbridge in order to obtain your license information. MBAM support does not have access to your information.
