I wasn't sure where to post this, so mods can move it wherever. I installed Malwarebytes a while ago and started the trial about 2 months ago. Obviously the trial expired but I've still been using the free version since. A few days ago I noticed that there was an update but I didn't update it and still haven't, then I saw that I had the trial version active. I believe that it's active because of the update, and I'm not required to update so I could potentially just stay on this version with (possibly) an unlimited trial period. It could expire after 2 weeks, so I'm not certain about that.

The version is 1.51.2.1300 by the way. I'm not sure if this is a big issue or if it's fixed or anything, I just thought I'd let you know. :)

Thanks Mainard, I was actually going to ask the same question as Reemer. I noticed that I had pro version again all of a sudden and was wondering how this could be possible. I think I may upgrade my protection to pro at the end of this trial period. I actually had a bad virus on my machine last week that was redirecting my search results and hid all the icons on my desktop and some of my folders were changed to hidden. Tdss killer and MBAM was unable to detect it for a few days. Then it seemed that you guys caught up to whatever it was and a few days later the software was able to detect and remove it. So I will probably be looking to just keep the MBAM pro after this last incident.
