the zafi.b virus has plagued my system it turned my computer off the first time and now its starts up with bogus security messages and it also will not allow the use of this website on that computer. It disabled my mcafee virus software also helpw ith removing please!!

originally i was not able to download the two programs because i was denied access to the malware website. I used a proxy to get to the website and downloaded the programs, however when i tried to run them they would
simply not run. It came up in my task manager but the programs would never installm or start an instilattion process. now what?

ok i managed to download the hijack this file however the MBAM software is coming up as a corrupt software

• Click Yes to allow ComboFix to continue scanning for malware.
  
• When the tool is finished, it will produce a report for you.
  
• Please post the C:\ComboFix.txt along with a new HijackThis log so we may continue cleaning the system.

it would not allow me to install combo fix onto my computer???? but i fixed the selected items

If you can, download, double-click to run it (it will then automatically burn a CD with the program onto it) then restart the PC and boot from the CD.

Requires access to a working computer with a CD/DVD burner to create a bootable CD.
