Hy there,
You should not be able to select an OS to boot with.
You need to get into your BIOS settings.
When you boot up your PC, very early you should see a message at the bottom of your Display with
Press Fx to enter BIOS setup
The x stands for a random Number. It could also be a different key like Esc and so on.

Hi Daniel,
I have figured out how to reach my BIOS settings. After booting from the USB, I reach a screen with the xPUD logo and I select English as the language. From there it goes to a dark screen similar in appearance to MS-DOS and I see that xPUD is loading. But it eventually stops, and the last line is "sh-4.0#" and a flashing cursor. The computer does proceed any further beyond this and I do not get the opportunity to select File or Expand mnt as in your directions. Sound familar?
Thanks,

Sorry for the delay. Needed to talk with our xPUD Expert
Please download Extra Drivers (driver.opt) and extract it to the root of your USB drive and try again to boot with it
