whats happened to scroogle?

when i try to access sroogle i get the message it no longer exists?
seems like scroogle maybe down,however i cant find any info at all.
anyone know anything at all about whats happened & any info if scroogles scrapper will come back to life again?

If you try to conduct a search at Scroogle, the portal that lets you search Google in private, Scroogle will tell you that Google is blocking them. It still existsb but Google was blocking some areas -

thanks for your time in finding that noknojon.

still not back yet, looking at another search ipqiuck,seems ok.
any other alternitives that anyone knows off?

I've been having the same issues sadly. No Scroogle for me for the past several days :(.

I switched over to Ixquick and I'm also using their Startpage.com service, which is pretty much identical to how Scroogle worked (and it can easily be added as a search provider in IE, which is good for me :)).

Yep, that's why I switched over to Startpage. It works the same as Scroogle and will hopefully remain online permanently.
