When I look at friends' and my own web sets, I get this message:
"Additional plugs are required to display all the media on this page."

Then when I click on Install Missing Plugins, I get "No suitable plugins were found." Can anyone help me? I've checked Firefox's list of plugins.

Hi, ChiChi: :)

The Firefox Plugins updater page is notoriously unreliable.
It's best to go directly to the software vendor's page for a particular plug-in and check there, e.g. Adobe, Java, Microsoft, etc.

I don't know anything about website design or construction, so you'll probably want to wait for more specific advice from someone more expert.

HTH,
