Windows Security Center not giving alerts and DDS freezes computer

I have been working with Samuel Lindsay about this problem. He advised me to consult with the experts. See: http://forums.malwar...view=getnewpost

The above outlines the problem and what we have done so far.

I cannot submit a DDS log because when I try to run it my computer freezes.

I will appreciate your help with this.

I am hoping to get some help with this problem.

Hi and welcome to Malwarebytes.

Download OTL.exe by OldTimer to your Desktop.

• Close all windows and double click OTL.exe.
  
• Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted.
  
• It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  
• You may need to use two posts to get it all.
