Hi,
Had to do a clean install of Win XP. So, in trying to re-install MBAM Pro, My ID & Key now come up as invalid. I emailed support yesterday, no response. Please help! Thx in advance, Randy

Please make sure unnecessary spaces are exempt such as at the start or end of the key and I.D. boxes. Also since you emailed support you should wait 24-48 hours for a response.

What email address did you use? I just checked on your email address provided here on the forum and it did not find you on the help desk.
If you no longer have access to your order number you can contact Cleverbridge to obtain information about your order and registration information.

Well I thought I would try registering again just to see what would happen and this time it worked! Thanx anyway for the responses!
