Hi I just done a full scan on my malware bytes pro and it came up with this

I know it's a false positive because I am using a crack for a game.

My question is will it harm my computer If I leave it?

It says it''s detected 0 malicious items.

You haven't really given us anything to go on.

We dont evaluate illegal cracks for safety regardless.
