Hi,
I host VPSs.
I own 89.248.172.2[26-38].
An user reported me that his VPS (which got 89.248.172.229 as IP) is listed in Malwarebytes. I have no idea why. He let me reinstall his VPS w/ a clean OS.
Can I get it off the blacklist? Thanks.

I'm almost finished with this one (just a few more things to re-check). Out of interest;

1. Which domain does he have here?
2. Which host are you operating as? (I'm guessing "Nookz", but would like to clarify)

1) He has no domain. He mainly uses it as an IRC bouncer and to store backups.
2) I'm not operating as any host. I'm just giving VPSs to friends of mine to pay the costs of the dedicated.
The datacenter is Ecatel, which is known for their malware-friendly policies. However, I'm with them mainly because I needed a fast uplink, and since I wanted to help out the Tor project, I'm running a relay.
Ecatel seemed the only DC that let me run Tor and it's not that expensive.

The relay is on another IP, by the way. 89.248.172.227.
