Got same yesterday but downloaded new definitions this morning and scan now clean.

Sorry, but from your post, it's not clear what problem you're having.
Are you referring to the false positive Windows registry run detection from yesterday?
If so, that has indeed been fixed:

If you update to the current MBAM definitions version and run a quick scan, it should no longer be detected.
If not, then we'll need a bit more info in order to better assist you.
