Hi Everyone , I have used Malwarebytes for about A year and love it so I purchased it. I told Co-worker about Malwarebytes so he downloaded it and used it as the free version. He said it found over 200 infections but it would only remove 20 of them unless he wanted to purchase the product. I'm wondering if downloaded the wrong program because malwarebytes does not do this right.

Yep, he has another product. Malwarebytes will always be free to remove infections, no matter how many found.

Yea, quite possibly MalwareBOT. They paid Google, Yahoo, etc. to get their site to show up as the #1 sponsored link when searching for Malwarebytes. We're hitting them hard in response, but their site is still up, so it's obvious that they have the money to keep it up. Or maybe just a service provider that doesn't care...

That reminds me, I have to check malwarebot again today; make sure we're getting it all.

Sounds good. Hit them with all we've got. :)

I installed it on a VM to test the 1.34 beta, and it removed it flawlessly (as well as CyberDefender).
