The IP range block 95.154.250.0/24 is definitely a false positive. The range is owned by BHost (https://www.bhost.net/), which is a hosting company with a good reputation. I'm hosting some services with them, and a customer reported that Malwarebytes is blocking all of my servers. Please remove the block as soon as possible, this actually damages my business (I can provide more details per email, as needed).
