Hello and welcome: 
EDIT: I think this might be the same issue that has been reported >> HERE << ???
That is to accept the EULA.
You need to check both boxes in order to run the installation.
It looks as if there's something wrong with the text (perhaps with the translation, or some minor corruption) -- what language is this supposed to be?
Let's see what the MBAM staff have to say.
