hi,

i have been hit with a rootware viral infection - have found vundo in three files: List-C.bat, c.bat and av.cmd

have been unable to wipe it out with TDS Killer, hitmanpro, malwarebytes - checked norton, they seem to have a vundo removal program; however, it changes the registry, so according to previous threads in your forum, I did not run the norton removal program

please help!
