Hi, Malwarebytes software has picked up something called hijack.userinit and deletes it. However when I start my computer again it is still there. I have to use the task manager to run Malwarebytes software each time and don't seem able to download anything from the Internet. Does anyone know how I can remove this fully from my laptop? Many thanks in advance for any assistance.

- Under options, please be sure to select "track this topic" and "immediate email notification", so you'll know when a helper responds.
- Please be patient - it may be 48 hours or more before a helper can assist you, especially when the forum is very busy.
