My daughter accidentally downloaded the Antivirus 360 scareware. I found your site, and downloaded your program. (I had to download it on a clean computer onto a disc, and transfer it to the infected one. Then I had to rename the .exe file so I could run it!)
It seemed to remove the dreaded Antivirus 360. But several times on scanning, I've run into the same problem. First, when I try to fix the problems, I get an error message that tells me: "Windows cannot find C:\WINDOWS\services.exe. Make sure you typed the name correctly and then try again. To search for a file, click the Start button and then click search." The only option is to click "okay", so I do.
This box pops up again at least 5 or 6 times. Eventually I get a box that tells me the computer needs to be restarted. Okay.
Upon restart, I get the Blue Screen of Death!! Basically, it says, "A problem has been detected and Windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.
The problem seems to be caused by the following file: rdbss.sys
The driver unloaded without cancelling pending operations.
If this is the first time you've seen this Stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow thse steps:
Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed. If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any Windows updates you might need.
If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware or softare. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing." and it continues.
All I can do is restart.
This has happened several times while scanning now.

Please follow these instructions for getting help in our Malware Removal forum, and one of our malware removal experts will be happy to give you a hand.
Since you have already run the scan with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, explain to them that you keep getting the blue screen of death, and that the cleanup does not complete.
