Besides being bad ethics, it would also risk messing up an LE investigation, so I'd strongly recommend NEVER changing access credentials, for malicious servers or otherwise. Inform the host and inform LE.

I informed the host yesterday who are the LE? cant get in the site anymore "This account was terminated for terms infringement."
