Hi:
It appears that you still have an open topic with CatByte here in the malware removal section?
http://forums.malwar...howtopic=122388
I would suggest as a first step that you continue working in that topic with CatByte.
If there are other, unresolved issues resulting from malware damage that cannot be fixed in that topic, then the PC Help section >>HERE<< would probably be a more suitable forum area to get help with this, rather than here in the Chat section.
HTH,

Please stay with CatByte in your other topic until she gives you the "all-clear".
She will work with you to get your videos working again.
If need be, she will refer you to the PC Help forum after that.
It's very confusing for everyone and often counter-productive to be working on the same computer simultaneously in 2 different places (even 2 sections of the same forum).
Thanks,
daledoc1

Hi:
Please be patient -- it is the weekend, the forum is quite busy, many of the helpers are volunteers and some of them live in different time zones.
Malware cleanup and repair can be a long, tedious process.
Since her last reply to you was on Feb 10 & you didn't reply again until today, it's possible that she might not be following your topic.
So, please wait another ~24 hours for her to reply.
If you don't hear back from her by then, send her a PM.
Thanks for your patience,
