I can run Malwarebytes and it tells me I have heaps of infections, yet when I say "Remove All" it keeps crashing on the second screen run (the blue line at the bottom). I've run AVG and says all infections deleted, I have also run Spybot and that has come back clean and yet I know that I still have a virus (or two) on there (one culprit is Brontok.q or x). Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

I can't see that is posts a log anywhere. Have looked under c:\Users\Appdata\Roaming\Malwarebytes\Logs and nothing is getting posted there.
Any other suggestions?

It may be crashing before it can be generated.

Please run the following then.

[indent]Download DDS and save it to your desktop
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/dds.scr

Disable any script blocker if your Anti-Virus/Anti-Malware has it.
Once downloaded you can disconnect from the Internet and disable your Ant-Virus temporarily if needed.
Then double click dds.scr to run the tool.
When done, the DDS.txt will open.
Click Yes at the next prompt for Optional Scan.

When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:

• DDS.txt
  
• Attach.txt

• Save both reports to your desktop
  
• Please include the following logs in your next reply: DDS.txt and Attach.txt

It is crashing before it is being generated, it looks like the same file each time, something to do with Live_TV.

Anyway, have attached files as requested. Should point out is running Windows Vista Home Premium if that makes any diff.

While waiting for a reply I managed to find what was causing the prob. It was one of the Adware files from Live_TV. If I deselected these particular files, I could quite easily remove the rest, however still have the other culprits to work out. I'll follow your advise below.

This isn't my computer. I have advised clients to remove these programs, I have told them how bad they are for everything relating to being hacked. Children do lots when there parents aren't looking, unfortunate for them they got caught out this time.

I will remove what I can, update software as suggested and see if that helps.
