I have spent three days trying to download different spyware items with no luck. I can go to regular web pages, but I am infected with a winlogon trojan and any time I try to open up a site to download anything, including malwarebytes, I get the unable to connect page and up top in the address line it says this: http://browser-secur...lock.php?r=17.2.
Any help would be appreciated. I'm about to just throw this computer away and go buy a new one.

Hi. 
Download ComboFix from one of the locations below, and save it to your Desktop.
[indent] Link 1
Link 2 [/indent]Double click combofix.exe and follow the prompts. Please, never rename Combofix unless instructed.
When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log and a HijackThis log in your next reply
Note: Do not mouseclick Combofix's window while its running. That may cause it to stall
