Malwarebytes reported Hijack.Regedit, Hijack.TaskManager and Hijack.SecurityCenter and removed them but they must have returned upon reboot because the taskmanager does not work. Can you help me with this? My recent Hijackthis log is below.

Hi,
I have a bad feeling that you are dealing with Sality Virus here, because I see random files running from your Temp folder and this one does indeed disable regedit, taskmanager etc..
I really hope this isn't the case here, because Sality is a file infector and infects legitimate files. In such cases, I recommend a format and reinstall anyway, because Sality damages too much and since this is also a buggy Fileinfector; the files that are infected become corrupted instead, so scanners cannot disinfect them either.
Also, I don't see an Antivirus installed here.
So, * Please install Avira Antivirus: http://www.free-av.com/
Perform a full scan with Avira and let it delete everything it is finding.
Then reboot.
After reboot, open your Avira and select "reports".
There doubleclick the report from the Full scan you have done. Click the "Report File" button and copy and paste this report in your next reply.
In case you can't install Avira or any other Antivirus, then it's indeed Sality you're dealing with... and that means that a format and reinstall is the fastest and especially the safest solution.
You may want to read this why:
Virut and other File infectors - Throwing in the Towel?
So, I suggest you to start backup all of your valuable data/documents/pictures/movies/songs/etc.. Do NOT backup any applications/installers and Do NOT backup any .exe/.scr/.htm/.html/.xml/.zip/.rar files...
This because these files may be infected as well. If you back them up and replace them afterwards, it will infect your computer again.
