[Trinity]

hi I hope all is well with you. I cant get rid of this malware or whatever it is , that malwarebytes always detects it, then I will remove it and I turn system restore off of course, and then it states its being removed and needs to restart to finish the removal process but it never removes it Ive tried several times and I cant get rid of it no matter what I try to do
Thanks a million to whoever could help me please, its really slowing my PC.
