This coming Monday, June 17, 2013 we are going to run a few updates on our forums. This process is a bit intense, as it involves backing up, replicating, updating, testing and finally deploying the forums in their updated state.

We expect this to take several hours, starting at 3PM PST and extending until roughly 8PM PST
Time schedule in your timezone

The forums will come back on line as soon as the maintenance has been completed and the above time window is an estimate only.

During this time the public forums will be completely down.

If you have any ongoing support topics please try to either complete them before that time or realize that a helper will not be able to help you until the forums come back on line.
