First, I wanted to say thanks to everyone here for helping me with my recent computer problems. However, I'm having another problem and I would like to ask for your expertise once more. I recently got my laptop back from repair and I decided to reformat it because they replaced the hard drive and I lost some programs I used to use.
However, now I have another problem
. Every time I connect to the Internet the laptop turns blue and it leaves me with a message "driver Irql not less or equal." I highly doubt it's a virus because I haven't connected to the Internet so I'm guessing its a corrupt driver.Help me please?
