MBAM finds itself as a trojan.

Hey Guys,
check this out. I ran my daily scan this morning and when it got finished it says it found one bad software. when I checked the log this was what MBAM detected.
Files Infected:
C:\Documents and Settings\Roadkil\Local Settings\Temp\is-IJ64N.tmp\mbam-setup.tmp (Rogue.ScanSpyware) -> Quarantined and deleted successfully.
It looks like MBAM is finding itself a spyware.
