SpamBlockerUtility (spamblockerutility.com) also known as Zango.antispambar.

First you'll be served an ad by FastClick, next you'll get directed to spamblockerutility.com and you'll end up with a crappy utility plus HotBar (adware)

Taken from the EULA

"The main features of Spam Blocker Utility's software are:
· Anti-spam tool that protects your e-mail
· Browser Toolbar offering skins, contextual links and ads and additional information and data
· E-mail Toolbar offering e-mail goodies and enhancement tools such as emoticons, e-cards and additional fun stuff
· Contextual advertisements (including pop ads) relevant to the sites you visit (Go to http://www.hotbar.com/legal/hotbar/popup.htm to view samples thereof). Users of our free software may choose to disable popup ads at any time through the Spam Blocker Utility Preferences. Ads do not appear if you are using our Premium Service.
· Beautiful desktop wallpapers
· Desktop weather tool powered by Spam Blocker Utility (if you choose a weather tool of one of our partners, which may be offered to you during the installation process, you will receive such product and not the Spam Blocker Utility Weather tool).
During the installation process, you are provided with the opportunity to allow us to refer your address bar and Search Assistant default searches to search engines powered by Spam Blocker Utility (page-not-found.net and ResultsMaster) and provide you with search results and offers (like most toolbars do). You can always change your mind at a later stage and change the default for those browser features to whatever you like at the Spam Blocker Utility Preferences (to change the address bar search) and at the "customize" menu in your Search Assistant (to change the Search Assistant search). "

I'm working on it right now.

Here's a picture describing the pop under ads you "might" see.

Look familiar?
This will be removed next release.
