Bad Image file error and ridadane.dll

I keep getting pop-up errors from any .exe file activated either by user or by system. the have the exe in the title bar (Launcer.exe - Bad Image) then in the body of the error message it always says the following:

the application or DLL C:\Windows\system32\ridadane.dll is not a valid windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette.

Can someone please help me with this... i can't get them to stop. Norton said no infections, spy sweeper says i am clean, Malwarebytes says i am clean and now Microsoft Defender says i am clean. I have also ran Registry Mechanic and it says I am clean as well but yet I keep getting the pop-ups.

Please follow these instructions (skipping any steps you are unable to complete) for posting in our Malware Removal - HijackThis Logs forum. If you cannot follow any of those steps, then please create a new topic in that forum explaining what happened when you tried to run each of the tools in the instructions, and the expert who helps you will be able to suggest steps to take to get the tools working.
